In response to the enactment and enforcement of numerous data security and destruction laws, on both a state and Federal level, we have developed a data safeguarding and document destruction model to help businesses of all sizes to pro-actively implement best practices through the adoption of a formal sensitive information program and employee training.

Our Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (CITRMS) will:
  • Educate your management team on reasonable safeguarding steps to take in order to protect and properly dispose of non-public information (NPI) and personal identifiable information (PII).
  • Provide guidelines and templates for a formal sensitive information policy.
  • Help you and your staff in creating a "culture of security and awareness" through on-site employee training.

The Goal of Our Data Safeguarding Program

1.  To provide small business owners and managers with an awareness of the need for a sensitive information policy and best practices for handling, storing and properly disposing of sensitive information.

2.  To provide assistance in adopting a sensitive information policy and best practices for the company.

3.  To create a culture of security and awareness by training the employees on the issues associated with data safeguarding and identity theft in the workplace.


4.  To provide each employee with an education on steps they can take to better protect themselves against becoming a victim of identity theft.

5.  To provide our client companies and their employees with ongoing support.

ID Theft Leads to Employee Absenteeism And Lack of
Productivity on The Job


Employers and their employees are struggling to deal with the real issues associated with identity theft.

With 10 million people becoming victims in any given year, companies and victimized employees are finding themselves between a rock and a hard place. 

The company needs their employees' mind and body on the job in order to maintain productivity.  The employee needs to be at work to earn income, however, they must deal with their identity theft issue right away or the problems will only get worse.  Statistics show that identity theft victims spend an average of $1,500 out-of-pocket (not including legal fees or debt that they may be held accountable for) and more than 175 hours (spent during normal business hours) to recover from a single incident of identity theft.

Because of these growing issues, many companies are now offering an identity theft protection plan to their employees as a voluntary benefit.
